SESAME GINGER ASPARAGUS

Prep time: 7 minutes
Cook time: 7 minutes

2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. minced ginger root
1/2 tsp. sesame oil or peanut oil
1/2 cup julienne carrots
1/2 medium onion, cut into chunks
1 can (15 oz.) S&W Asparagus Spears, drained
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted

1. Combine water, mustard, sugar, ginger and oil in microwavable measuring cup.
2. Add carrots and onion. Cover and cook on high 3 minutes or until tender-crisp.
3. Arrange asparagus on microwavable serving dish. Top with carrot mixture and cook on high 3 minutes or until heated trough. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
