PINEAPPLE GLAZED BABY CARROTS

Cook time: 5 minutes
1 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits in syrup
3 Tbsp. honey
1 can (14.5 oz.) S&W® Small Whole Carrots, drained
2 tsp. chopped fresh mint
1. Melt butter in saucepan. Add ginger. Cook 2 minutes.
2. Drain pineapple reserving syrup. Add syrup and honey to saucepan. Cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add pineapple and carrots. Gently stir until heated through. Garnish with mint.
