ITALIAN BEEF STEW

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 55 minutes

1-1/2 lb. stew beef, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
3 Tbsp. flour
2 to 3 Tbsp. oil
1 jar (26 oz.) chunky Italian herb spaghetti sauce
1 can (14 oz.) beef broth
1 can (14.5 oz.) S&W Sliced Carrots, drained
1 can (15.25 oz.) S&W Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 can (14.5 oz.) S&W Small Whole Potatoes, drained and cubed

1. Combine meat and flour in plastic bag; toss to coat evenly. In 6-quart pot, brown meat in oil; drain. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
2. Add spaghetti sauce and broth. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until beef is tender.
3. Add vegetables; cook, uncovered, 5 minutes. Serve over noodles, if desired.
