HEALTHY HUMMUS POCKETS

Prep time: 15 minutes

1 can (15.5 oz.) S&W Garbanzo Beans, drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped sweet white onion
2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice (to taste)
2 Tbsp. sesame seed oil

1. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; puree until smooth.
2. Chill or serve at room temperature with toasted pita bread wedges, on toasted English muffins or mini bagels, or as a dip for raw vegetables.
