HARVEST CORN CHOWDER

Prep time: 8 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 tsp. thyme (optional)
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 medium potato, peeled and diced
2 cups milk
1 can (15.25 oz.) S&W Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 can (14.75 oz.) S&W Cream Style Corn

1. Cook onion, celery and thyme in butter until tender in medium saucepan.
2. Add potato; cook and stir 2 minutes. Add milk.
3. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until potato is tender. Stir in whole kernel and cream style corn; heat through.
