GLAZED PINEAPPLE YAMS

Cook time: 30 minutes

1 can (16 oz.) S&W Candied Yams
1 can (15.25 oz.) pineapple chunks in its own juice, drained
1/4 cup seedless raisins or dried cranberries
2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar, (optional to taste)
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

1. Drain yams reserving 1/4 cup syrup.
2. Combine reserved syrup, yams, raisins, sugar, and butter in greased 9-inch square or 2-quart shallow baking dish.
3. Cover and bake at 375F, 25 minutes or until hot.
4. Stir in pineapple; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes.
