FRESH MOZZARELLA-TOMATO PIZZETTAS

Cook Time: 11 minutes
4 individual pizzas

4 individual prepared, pre-baked pizza crusts
1/4 cup pesto
1 cup sliced fresh mozzarella cheese*
1 can (14.5 oz.) S&W Petite-Cut Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic & Sweet Onion, drained
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

Preheat oven to 425F. Place pizza crusts on baking sheet. Spread pesto over crusts. Bake 10 minutes.
Top with mozzarella and tomatoes. Bake 1 minute just to soften mozzarella (do not melt completely).
Sprinkle with basil and drizzle with olive oil, if desired.
