EASY BBQ CHICKEN & CORN PASTA

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes (microwave)

8 oz. dry penne pasta
12 oz. diced cooked chicken
1 can (15.25 oz.) S&W Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 can (14.5 oz.) S&W Stewed Tomatoes, Cajun Recipe
1 can (15 oz.) S&W Black Beans, drained (optional)
8 oz. Pepper Jack cheese, cut into small cubes

1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
2. Place cooked pasta in large microwavable bowl. Add chicken, corn, undrained tomatoes and black beans; mix well. Stir in cheese.
3. Microwave on high power (100%) 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

4 to 6 servings
