BLUE CHEESE, BEET & BACON SALAD

Prep time: 10 minutes

1 pkg. (10 oz.) torn romaine or baby spinach
1 jar (15 oz.) S&W Julienne Beets, drained
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or goat cheese
1/2 cup walnut pieces, toasted
1/3 cup thinly sliced red or green onion
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled, or 1/3 cup bacon bits
1/2 cup Italian vinaigrette salad dressing
Garlic Croutons

1. Layer lettuce, beets, cheese, nuts, onion and bacon on serving platter.
2. Drizzle with dressing and toss with croutons.
